CGD mobile, the mobile banking application designed for clients of Caixa Geral de Depósitos France, has been updated.

CGD mobile allows you to manage your accounts and transactions remotely, 24/7, in a simple, quick, and secure manner, providing you with flexibility no matter where you are.

With CGD mobile, you have access to all the mobile services offered by your bank Caixa Geral de Depósitos:

• View, manage, and monitor your accounts on a daily basis
• Customize your homepage (choose which accounts to display and whether to show balances)
• Make transfers to Caixa Geral de Depósitos France accounts and within the SEPA zone (with IBAN/BIC provided to the branch for subscription type 2)
• Create and manage beneficiary lists for immediate transfers (for subscriptions type 3 or 4)
• View pending transfers
• Check your payment card balances
• Review your current loans
• View, download, and share your account statements/IBAN
• Set up balance alerts with SMS or email notifications
• Subscribe to, download, and share e-statements
• Order a new checkbook
• Access the map of Caixa Geral de Depósitos France branches
• Contact us via a secure messaging system
• Opt for saving your username
• Login using biometric access

• Request a new in-app access code (for individual clients)
• Manage your contact email addresses
• Grant or withdraw consent for the processing of your personal data for promotional activities, customer relationship management, understanding your needs and journey improvement
• Request a country to be added to the whitelist to enable card payments abroad
